Real Estate's new album 'Days' has been blowing up the blogosphere, and the band's latest video illustrates exactly why. The clip for 'Easy,' directed by Tom Scharpling for Funny or Die, follows the New Jersey indie rockers' street team as it aggressively pursues coverage for the band.

Lead by UCB funnyman Chris Gethard, the band's cronies antagonize common city dwellers for not knowing enough about Real Estate, and, in one instance, force headphones upon an innocent passerby. After driving around in their van with the group's image plastered on back, the street teamers land upon Jake Fogelnest's radio show.
